IPS (Image Processing Systems) Careers

IPS is an information services company specializing in document scanning, paperless office solutions, microfilm scanning and microfiche scanning as well as document management and workflow systems.

We are seeking dedicated staff to work at our Meadowlands facility and at different customer sites across the country.

IPS offers complete scanning services from document preparation for scanning, scanning of paper and microfilm, intelligent data capture and indexing and/or keying of information into a data entry screen through the final inspection and output of the images and indexes. Once the documents are in digital format IPS offers a Digital Workflow Solution on it’s private cloud and a Digital Repository for the storage and retrieval of electronic documents. IPS provides scanning services on-site, at the customer’s location or off-site at our Image Processing Center in Secaucus, NJ.
