Greg Bartels – President and CEO
Mr. Bartels has led business transformation from manual paper-based processes to digital and cloud computing for the past 25 years. Mr. Bartels was the first to publish database matching, which has since become standard practice within the industry.
Mr. Bartels is a board member and former President of the NJ Chapter of AIIM International (International Enterprise Content Management Association), and has built his career transforming industries through the use of automation and technology. He is cited in US Patents for his contribution to automating document centric business processes and has pioneered the use in many applications, including automating eInvoice and accounts payable systems.
Prior to founding IPS, Mr. Bartels was developing innovative technology for the Financial and Insurance industries. Mr. Bartels was a driving force in the creation of NCR's Information Systems Divisions in New York, Chicago and Denver.
Cathy Ferro – EVP of Operations & Account Management
With more than 20 years of account management and operations experience in the financial services, insurance, pharmaceutical and entertainment industries, Ms. Ferro possesses extensive business knowledge and proven leadership ability. She is a Lean Six-Sigma Yellow Belt and has successfully managed large-scale onsite and offsite digitization projects for an extensive portfolio of blue-chip enterprises and government agency clients.
Prior to joining IPS, Ms. Ferro was Director of Account and Project Management for Comvestrix Corporation.
Thomas Nappi – Director of IT
Tom is a senior professional with over 20 years hands-on experience managing both IT and business teams through multi-million dollar, mission-critical development and implementation initiatives, as well as business-side Lean Kaizen/process improvement/cost saving projects. Tom is a certified PMP, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and holds an ITIL Foundation certification. Tom brings strong process management, project management and a unique ability to work on both sides of the aisle...translating business into technology (and vice versa).
Prior to joining IPS, Tom spent fifteen years with Cendant/Avis Budget Group in both consulting and full-time roles, where he managed multiple DevOps teams, strategic technology groups and business process improvement teams.
Mohammad Barakat – Controller
Mohammad is a senior financial professional with over 10 years of accounting experience in the media and advertising industry. He demonstrates successful leadership relating to all aspects of the organization’s financial management including worldwide financial reporting, audit, planning, budgeting and forecasting. Mohammad has an excellent history of managing a finance department and improving operational, accounting, and financial reporting processes, which include implementing policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Prior to joining the IPS team, Mohammad was the Controller at Mediaocean LLC, where he played a key role in the due diligence process of merger and acquisitions.
Brad Walsh – Product Manager
Brad has spent over 10 years working closely with every department in IPS. He has a deep knowledge of all IPS operational processes and customer solutions. As Product Manager, Brad ensures that the various departments in IPS are in sync and the customer’s needs are being heard. Brad plays an active role in maintaining existing IPS products as well as designing the future versions of them based on market need.
Prior to joining the IPS team, Brad worked as a Manager in the Bar and Restaurant business. A commitment to customer satisfaction was developed during those years.
