Management Team

Greg Bartels – President and CEO

Mr. Bartels has been in the field of electronic imaging and document management for more than 25 years. Mr. Bartels was the first to publish an article describing index verification via database matching, which has since become standard practice within the industry. Mr. Bartels is a board member and former President of the NJ Chapter of AIIM International (International Enterprise Content Management Association), and has built his career on directing document management and vital records projects for blue-chip companies and large government organizations throughout the U.S.

Prior to founding IPS, Mr. Bartels was innovating back-office facility management and outsources services and COLD systems at Imtech Corporation. From 1986 to 1990, Mr. Bartels was instrumental in developing the NCR Corporation’s Information Imaging Systems Division in Chicago, Illinois.

Cathy Ferro – Vice President of Operations & Account Management

With more than 20 years of account management and operations experience in the financial services, insurance, pharmaceutical and entertainment industries, Ms. Ferro possesses extensive business knowledge and proven leadership ability. She is a Lean Six-Sigma Yellow Belt and has successfully managed large-scale onsite and offsite digitization projects for an extensive portfolio of blue-chip enterprises and government agency clients. Prior to joining IPS, Ms. Ferro was Director of Account and Project Management for Comvestrix Corporation.

Charles Goldstein – Director of Information Technology

Mr. Goldstein joins IPS from Top PC Support, where he served as founder and CEO for this office automation services provider. Prior to founding Top PC Support, Mr. Goldstein served with Citigroup for more than 14 years, most recently as senior vice president of the Enterprise Content Management Systems group. There he was responsible for developing and supporting imaging, content management and workflow solutions for all of Citigroup’s financial services sectors. He co-chaired Citigroup’s ECM technology activities including standards definition, product evaluation and system architecture recommendations.

Randy Schonfeld – Business Development Manager

Randy Schonfeld has more than 25 years experience in financial operations management. Ms. Schonfeld began her career in Public Accounting and moved to the advertising and media world a few years later. In 1988 she landed at Young & Rubicam as Manager of Financial Controls. In 1993 Ms. Schonfeld become a founding manager of Y&R’s Shared Financial Services division.

Ms. Schonfeld ultimately spent 21 years at Y&R, where she was instrumental in the adoption of Lean Six-Sigma practices. Her strength in driving financial process efficiency earned her a position as SVP Director of Operations, Young & Rubicam Brands and MEC, Director of Lean Six-Sigma. Ms. Schonfeld holds a BS degree in accounting from Brooklyn College and is a certified Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six-Sigma instructor.
