IPS has an immediate opening for a Sales and Business Development Executive. We are seeking a highly skilled individual with the drive and determination to help us expand our client base. Our clients include companies of all sizes in every industry ranging from emerging growth companies to the Fortune 500.
Responsibilities in this position include identifying, forecasting and attaining sales objectives by providing technology based solutions to new and existing clients. Overall relationship management and the ability to coordinate required resources to respond to complex IT requirements is a necessity. Continuously updating knowledge of services, business trends, and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace is expected in this position. Participation in training opportunities on products & services and attending sales meetings is required.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrate effective time management, territory management, account management and strategic account development.
- Establish and communicate business development strategies and targets for your territory and/or market.
- Generate leads and referrals to generate new business by qualifying and closing sales through prospecting, cold calling and networking.
- Identify customer needs and utilize Insight-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of IPS services.
- Cultivate customer relationships and deliver effective proposals and presentations to capture profitable new business.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with three to five years experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office including Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
- Strong technical background is a plus.
