IPS Upgrades ImageServ Digital Repository to Amazon Web Services

IPS Upgrades ImageServ Digital Repository to Amazon Web ServicesIn July, IPS began a long-term transition of its ImageServ(SM) digital document management platform to Amazon Web Services (AWS). The transition will provide IPS clients with a hosting platform recognized as world-class for availability, speed of access and global reach, and as the cloud-computing system of choice for global companies.

ImageServ is at the heart of IPS’s digital imaging and data capture services. It provides access to mission-critical electronic documents from any location you need, at any time of the day or night, with a level of security custom-tailored to your confidentiality requirements – all within your own private cloud.

The AWS transition will be conducted in stages through the balance of 2013. Clients will see no immediate change to services that involve ImageServ and not have to take any action to maintain continuity of service. Over time, all IPS clients will benefit from the greater reliability and business continuity of AWS.
